What are the shipping charges?

Domestic Orders - Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders.

International Orders - We do not ship to international locations.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic Orders - All products will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 8 business days from the date of order for all domestic orders. We ship our products reliably using our 3rd party shipping partners. 

Returns Policy :

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or provide refunds.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@belongindia.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will help you cancel your order and process a refund. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days. In all other cases, refunds will not be provided.

Product defect

We thoroughly inspect all products before dispatching them to you. In case of a product defect, we would require clear parcel opening videos.
